When you have ended the full stage as 3 stars you'll get a chest which contains good rewards like (100 diamonds is always a good reward).
After every win, you'll earn some rewards thats depends on the stage. There will be gold, talent points, diamonds and scrolls or shards.
The Elite Stage is the key to obtain advance item to upgrade your digimon and scrolls to upgrade your equipment that will also provide some shards for your digimon with a bit of luck. This is one of the most reliable ways to farm shards. In elite you'll get ATK Spar, DEF Spar and Skill Spar as well as scrolls (Scrolls will be detailed in the equipment page of the guide).
It's recommended to refresh for 30 diamonds for shards that you need more of quickly (Greymon/Garurumon are very popular choices)
